I did not have a hard time installing the system and operating it because it is extremely easy especially its dial functions where you can easily program 8 phone numbers so that it quickly calls a couple of phone numbers once alarm is triggered. This is an amazing function and one of the best functions I like most about this system.

I had a little problem with disarming the unit though, but thanks to their excellent tech support, I wasn’t left hanging and still made me a satisfied customer.
